I wanted this blog just to let you know how things are going with my day and so that you can share your day with our readers.
What would really be good is if all you guys could let us all know how you manage your Lupus and what difficulties you experience.
Hopefully between us all we can find a sunny side to everyday!!
Having had a bit of a difficult flare this weekend I have to say that now I am back up and running I am having a lovely day so far in the garden. Nothing strenuous but still taking in the beautiful rays! Don't forget Lupus sufferers all need to check there Vitamin D levels!!
This afternoon I may run over to the herb nursery to see what I could plant in my own garden. Think I'll even have a cuppa under one of there herbal arbours!! What could be more relaxing!
